You can order our products using the following methods:
You can order Wintertree Software products using our secure, on-line ordering system. Just follow these simple steps:
Go to the catalog, then click on the link for the product family you are interested in ordering. This will display a catalog form with items for each specific product in the product family.
Locate the product you want to order, then click on the "Add to cart" button. You can change the quantity before clicking the button. Don't worry if you make a mistake -- you can adjust quantities or items in the order form.
If you want to order more items, return to the catalog and repeat the procedure.
When you have selected the items you wish to order, click on the "Checkout" link to display the order form.
Fill in the order form, then click the "Submit" button.

Place your order via our web site, and in the order form, select "Purchase order" as the payment option.
Please email your Purchase Order to "sales -at- wintertree.com". The purchase order should include:
A shipping address, name, and phone number;
All purchase orders are subject to approval by Wintertree Software.
Please contact Wintertree Software for wire-transfer banking information. Note that if the order is for less than US$500, a "Wire Transfer Fee" may be applied to your order to cover the fees we are charged by our bank.
We really do not want to ship anything to you since we can send exactly the same content via email or download. If you organization's email policies do not allow attachments, please contact us and we can easily set up an alternate way for your to download the content you need.
If you absolutely must have it shipped, we will charge you both for the cost of shipping and for our time to process the package.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Note also that the carrier may charge a customs brokerage fee for orders shipped outside of Canada.
In general, Wintertree Software does not accept product returns. A free 30-day evaluation is offered for all products, which provides ample time to determine whether the product will meet your requirements. If there are questions or issues at the end of the evaluation period, please email us to ask the questions and/or to request an extension to the evaluation period.
Wintertree Software receives many requests from its customers for replacement of "lost" software – because the developer left, the company was acquired, a machine crashed, and so on.
Proper care and security of delivered software products is the customer's responsibility. We recommend that all customers immediately make a backup copy of any delivered software, and keep the backup in a safe place.
Obviously if at the time of purchase emails go missing or something else happens, those issues can be handled without cost or delay.
Customers looking for back-level versions of software will be required to purchase the current version upgrade, which will be sent to the customer. IF POSSIBLE [in many cases it is not] if we can readily find the distribution package for the back-level version, we will make our best-efforts to provide it. There are no guarantees, no warranty, and no support for any such back-level distributions provided.
The following Disclaimer of Warranty applies to all of Wintertree Software's software products, unless specifically overridden in the product's License Agreement:
