WSpell may not work well with older versions of PowerBuilder, Access, or Delphi

Problem: I can't get WSpell to work with my PowerBuilder, MS Access, or Delphi application.
Solution: Older (pre-v12?) versions of PowerBuilder did not work correctly with licensed ActiveX controls such as WSpell, but later versions (v12.5, v12.6) will work if WSpell is correctly added to the PowerBuilder application. See Using WSpell with PowerBuilder for more information.
Similarly WSpell did (does?) not work with all older versions of Microsoft Access, and some problems have been reported with certain older versions of Dephi.
For these and other reasons of flexibility and ease of deployment, we recommend using Sentry Spelling-Checker Engine Windows SDK with PowerBuilder, Access, or Delphi.
